The program includes 239 public-use airports across California, with pilots collecting custom stamps in a physical passport as they visit participating airports. The goal is simple: encourage pilots to venture beyond their usual destinations, discover new airports and local communities, and bring more activity to California’s general aviation network.
For Angel Flight West pilots, the Passport Program is a great excuse to fly an AFW mission somewhere new. If you see an available mission to a participating California airport, consider adding it to your Passport and checking another destination off your list—all while helping a patient get to the care they need. You might discover a new favorite airport, explore a new part of California, and add another stamp to your passport along the way!
