When to reach out?
Upon Assignment to a Mission:
Once you are assigned to a mission, this is the time to introduce yourself and establish the best form of communication for your passenger (phone, text or email). This is also an excellent opportunity to address any initial questions they may have for you, or that you may have for them.
As the Date of the Trip Approaches:
It is ideal that you make follow-up communication as the flight date nears.
- If time allows, consider checking in approximately one week before the flight,
- If the mission date is approaching on shorter notice, please check in 2-3 days before the flight and always reconnect with the passenger the day before departure to confirm details and ensure everyone is prepared.
What to discuss?
Important Information to Cover:
- Flight timing and schedule details
- Meeting location and where to meet at the departure airport are common questions a passenger will want to discuss
- Any trip-specific information or considerations relevant to the flight
You should also communicate any additional factors you feel are important for the passenger to know to help ensure a smooth and comfortable experience.
