Each leg of a mission requires its own report to help us track flights accurately and ensure seamless coordination. If you're generous enough to take on multiple legs, thank you! Even if you fly non-stop a report is still needed for every leg. The good news is you can submit one consolidated mission report covering all the legs you've flown. This makes it quick and easy while keeping our records complete.
To file a consolidated report on the volunteer portal, go to the lefthand side, click on "File Mission Report:"
Then under "Reports Outstanding," select all the air missions for the same day (please note, do not file ground and air missions together):
If you are filing on the app:
Find "Shortcuts" at the top of the app:
Scroll all the way to the right until you get to "Mission Report:"
Select both or all of the missions for the day:
