Good news! The new volunteer portal makes it easy to view a copy of every passengers waiver that is assigned to your mission. More often than not, the mission coordinators will collect the signed liability waivers before the mission date. But, it never hurts to double check. Here is how you can view and download each passengers signed liability waiver that will be flying on the mission.
- On the left hand side of the website, select 'My Flights'
- Hit the 'Actions' button for the mission you would like to check on
- Click on 'View Passengers Waivers'
- Download the necessary waivers for the mission
What if I don't see a waiver for the passenger and/or their companion?
Call the AFW office at 310-390-2958 and let one of the coordinators know. We will do our best to get a signed copy before the flight. If that is not possible for some reason, we'll contact the pilot directly and have them bring a paper waiver for the passenger/companion to sign.
