Do I need to use the FBO specified in the origin and destination airports in the mission itinerary?

You can use any FBOs that works best for you. The VPOIDS system automatically populates the most popular or preferred FBO based on pilot feedback or FBO participation in the Phillips 66 Fuel Rebate Program. See the example below.

If you do choose to use a different FBO, please advise the coordination staff so that the mission itinerary is accurate. This is helpful for Earth Angels and for coordination purposes as the staff will sometimes assist passengers with ground transportation, and having the correct FBO is important information. Please note that the staff can sometimes support ground requests to/from the airport local to the treatment. We don’t have the resources to assist with transportation to/from passenger’s home airport or from appointment to appointment.
