If you’d only like to fly a roundtrip mission but one direction is already covered or if you’d prefer to take multiple legs of a relay flight that might already have pilots on one or more leg, please always reach out to the AFW coordination team expressing your interest and preferences.
The coordination team will reach out to the other volunteers involved to ask if they’re okay stepping down if another pilot is asking to fly more of the mission.
Additionally, please always feel free to check with AFW regarding nearby airport changes, FBO changes, or hand-off airport changes for relay flights. The team is always happy to discuss options with passengers and volunteers to achieve the best outcome.
