What do I do if a passenger I flew in the past calls me asking if I can fly him again?

You may have a passenger reach out to you asking if you can fly him again, either for an upcoming mission that is already scheduled in VPOIDS, or for one that we are not aware of. If the passenger does not have a scheduled mission in VPOIDS, you can direct him to the office to submit his new flight request.

Please know you are not expected to agree to fly. We never want to put you in a position where you may feel pressured to sign up for a mission. Please direct the passenger to the office so we can explain this to him as well as submit his new flight request.
