What do I do if my passenger asks to make changes to a mission I’m signed up for?

We generally prefer that the passenger first inquire with the office if he wants to make any significant changes to the mission. This might be adding or changing companions, changing the mission date, changing origin or destination location, etc. However, it can happen that he inquires with you directly. You can discuss any changes he wants to make and find what works for the both of you, or you can direct him to speak with us first. If you do discuss a change to the mission that does work for you, we would like to be informed so we can update our records accordingly.

If the passenger needs to make a change that you cannot accommodate, we will try to find him another pilot as long as we are given enough time to do so and his request still fits within our criteria.
