What do I do if I am signed up to fly a passenger who does not speak English, and I don’t speak their language?

You will encounter this mostly with Spanish-speaking only passengers, although most of our passengers do speak English or are travelling with an English-speaking companion. If the passenger does not speak English or have a companion who does, you can call the AFW office and a staff member can relay any information you need to tell your passenger. Sometimes the passenger will have a social worker or case manager who can relay information to the passenger as well. This will be noted in the passenger’s record.
