As an organization, we're increasingly aware of our responsibility to protect our passengers' privacy. You, as a volunteer, play a vital role. We share private information with you as is necessary for the coordination of your flights or drives, and passengers may willingly share much more information with you during the course of a trip. This is just a reminder to all of us that we have a responsibility to keep that information private.
Please take a moment to review Angel Flight West's Privacy Policy below:
"I agree to make best efforts to keep private the information about passengers that the organization has provided to me, as well as any additional information provided by the passenger directly. I will not share photos of passengers or their personal information without their permission."
This policy is part of the volunteer application and renewal affirmation and is being shared today as an educational reminder.
