Hope you are all having a good week. If you are receiving this email you are scheduled for a flight between now and Monday July 8th and need to know the important information below:
The Mission Operations staff will be out of the office Thursday, July 4th and Friday July 5th for the Fourth of July Holiday and we will be back in the office on Monday, July 8th at 8:30 AM.
If you have a mission scheduled between now and the end of Monday July 8th and need to talk to us about it, please do so BEFORE 4:30 PM today, Wednesday July 3rd. The coordinator working on your mission should be reaching out to you if there are any unfinished details.
If you need to contact us starting at 4:30 PM, today, Wednesday July 3rd through Monday, July 8th at 8:30 AM, and your issue is URGENT and needs immediate attention, please call our Answering Service at 800 413-1360. They will put you through to the coordinator on-call. PLEASE inform the answering service that you are calling regarding an ALREADY SCHEDULED flight that will take place on or before Monday, the next business day!
If you have something to talk to us about regarding a mission on Tuesday, July 9th or after, please email us at missionsteam@angelflightwest.org or leave a message at 310 390-2958, we will return those calls and emails on Monday, July 8th.
