I can’t log in, even after creating a new password

Sometimes when you change a password, the browser tries to fill in your old password to be helpful. Sometimes, even when you over-write it, the browser manages to sneak the old one back in. The only way around this is to be careful about over-writing any “filled in” old passwords. You can also try clearing the browser’s cache. Here are some instructions that may help:
