We prefer that you inform us if you will be using a different aircraft than the one listed in the mission itinerary. This is helpful for coordination purposes since we use your aircraft and tail number information to have fees waived at airports and FBOs. It is also helpful to know which aircraft you will be using when tracking flights and for passengers who may be looking for you on the fields.
Note that you do not need to provide us with documentation on the aircraft. By signing the Pilot Affirmation, you are affirming that the type of aircraft and insurance still meets our criteria for Angel Flight missions.
