How Do I Create My Username and Password?

For Angel Flight West Members, before you can access our mission coordination system (VPOIDS), you will need to create a username and password for yourself. (Requesters and Passengers may have a username and password automatically assigned and sent by email.)

All members should have received an email from the Member Services team with a Member ID. (This email is sent once the application is processed by the staff, which may take a day or two depending on when you submit the application.) You will need this Member ID to create your username and password. If you don't have it, please contact the office to retrieve it.

On the login screen, click the link: Click here if you are a member and you need to create a username & password for the first time

In the next screen, enter your Member ID, last name, and the zip code you provided in your member application. Click submit, then enter the username and password you prefer. Note that both usernames and passwords must be at least 8 characters in length and both are case-sensitive.
